“What is the best MLM company?” Not an easy question to answer. With so many mlm companies it can be difficult to figure out which one is the best. They cover almost every industry and niche available. But for you personally, what factors should determine what company is the best MLM company. Because seriously, every rep thinks their opportunity, products and company are the best.
Below are three factors that you will want to consider before you ever commit to any MLM company.
What is the Age of the Company?
The first thing you’ll want to look at is how long the company has been in business. It is almost too easy to start an MLM company these days. Sad but true: 90% or more of these companies will fold within their first five years. Always look for a company that has been in business for at least 5 years.Choosing a company that hasn’t made it through their first 5 years of business is a foolish move. Don’t do it. When someone starts yapping about their “ground floor opportunity,” tell them you’re not interested. Those are just hype-filled words used to lure in the uninformed.
If you want to disregard this advice and jump on a startup, just realize that there is a greater than 90 per cent chance that the company will close within the first 5 years (more likely the first 2), leaving you without an income. I have people join my team from other companies because the one they had been working with has shut down. Just look at what happened with eFusjon or Eiro Research. Both companies marketed with a ton of hype (“we’re the best MLM company!”), and then crushed the hard work and dreams of thousands of reps when the closed unexpectedly. If long-term, residual income that pays you for many years is what you’re after, make the smart choice and go with an established company.

Choose a Company that Promotes a Quality Recurring Billing Product
Number 2: Does the company have a quality product that is purchased on a monthly recurring basis? There are lots of MLMs that don’t require a monthly product purchase. Where is the money in a compensation plan that doesn’t require anyone to purchase more product? Having hundreds or thousands of people are purchasing product each month is the only way to have a stable residual income. Without monthly product purchases, preferably on auto-ship, you are setting yourself up for a roller coaster ride. Some months you’ll make thousands and some you might make next to nothing.
The Best MLM Company Has A Great Pay Plan
The 3rd factor you should consider is the compensation plan. One rule of thumb is to look for a compensation plan that will allow a new marketer to cover the cost of their product purchase in the first month, and quickly profit at least 0 per month on a part-time basis.A lot of MLM companies have compensation structures that only reward for a huge organization, while the people at the bottom struggle to cover their product cost. Favor a company that both rewards their leaders for their huge organization, but also the new people for their recruiting efforts. You want to be able to confidently offer people a part-time opportunity that pays, and full-time people an opportunity with the potential to make a reasonable full-time income quickly. There are lots of compensation structures to choose from, each with its strengths and weaknesses. But the best compensation plans will easily pay a new person 0 within their first month, even if they’re part-time. If people don’t make at least some money their first few months, the’ll drop like flies.
Love for a product is not the best way to choose your next MLM company. Be the leader here and be sure the opportunity is solid and profitable before you join.
